Let’s Help Those Impacted by the Colorado Wildfires

Dear AMA Colorado Members and Marketing Community,

If you’re like me, you watched in horror as wildfires decimated neighborhoods in Colorado last week. We’ve since learned that nearly 1,000 homes and structures were damaged and destroyed.

Having just celebrated the holidays and looking forward to the hope of a New Year, families were left without the comforts of their homes and just the clothes on their backs. For many of us here in Colorado, it’s difficult to not think about what could have been. Personally, Superior and Louisville are just a stone’s throw away from home -- these are neighborhoods where my family shops, eats, and plays. Many of you have expressed your concern -- for the safety of those we know may have been impacted or who live close to the fires, but also how we can help rebuild.

Last year, through our events and programming, AMA Colorado raised $550+ for Food Bank of the Rockies. We rallied together to help our community in need, and I truly believe that even a small amount helps. Now it’s time for us to call on our community to make an impact once again. Let's aim to raise $600 to help support those impacted by these devastating fires.

Let’s do our part to help those impacted by this fire.

Help me meet our goal of $600. I’m asking that you please donate what you can to the Community Foundation of Boulder County by visiting and donating via our Colorado Gives page here: http://coloradogives.org/AMACO. Your donation will go directly to this local nonprofit, while this page will help us keep track of the generosity of our community.

Many thanks in advance for your support and generosity!
